Mr DUBUISSON is a self-taught man. Between 2004 and 2006, he was a commercial representative in the insurance sector in Switzerland. Very quickly he turned his attention to partnership negotiations and international development.

Between 2006 and 2008, he represented ROYAL VT, a company, specialized in international project management, located in Newark, Delaware, USA, with its Asian clients.

Between 2007 and 2010 he became international representative, then he was appointed vice-president by mandate to the WFEC “European Wrestling Federation”, for which he travels around the world. At the same time, from 2007 to 2011, he negotiated various partnerships in the air and automotive sectors on behalf of Aries Asia Limited and Aries Inc, a group based in Hong Kong and Yokohama, Japan.

In 2011 he is holding negotiations with the Volkswagen group management for their aluminum supplies as well as discussions with the general management of PEMEX and PMI, Mexico’s national oil company, at the request of a lawyer from the Geneva law firm BUDIN et Associés.

Between 2013 and 2015 he represents a Swedish company Naftoil AB, as well as DIT Investment SA, active in the energy sector, for which he negotiates and makes market openings in Africa and Sri Lanka.

In 2015 he was appointed CEO of LGO INTERNATIONAL FZC located in the United Arab Emirates. He launches the first business aviation service in history focused on female customers with 100% female crews. He is involved in negotiations with the General Secretariat of the United Nations Women’s Headquarters in New York and the HeForShe program in the context of changing attitudes in aviation.

In 2017 he is appointed Chairman of the Managing Directors of LGO INTERNATIONAL ADVISORY SARL in Switzerland following his position as CEO at LGO INTERNATIONAL FZC in the United Arab Emirates.

Between 2016 and 2019 he joins the board of directors of COLOMBO COMMERCIAL COMPANY, a Sri Lankan conglomerate created in 1876 and 10% owned by the public treasury. In charge of international relations, he led negotiations with groups such as PrivatAir and Airlines Management Group for the privatization and restructuring of Srilankan Airlines. He studies air cargo solutions with Srilankan Airlines in collaboration with Japanese and French actors. He holds negotiations related to the development of airport infrastructure and hydraulic project with SETEC and VINCI GRAND PROJECT in Sri Lanka.

In 2019, in collaboration with CCC, he negotiates with the Sri Lankan Ministry of Health to develop a hospital dedicated to cancer research with Japanese players. In 2019, he becomes head of the IB7 group located in London.

With a wide range of experience from his mandates all over the world, he decided to offer customized solutions based on the spirit of haute couture with small details that make all the difference.

Due to his specialization in public and company administration and public-private partnerships, he is an important asset for clients wishing to develop their activities with public markets, or in the creation of strategic partnerships.

Between 1977 and 1980, he obtained a law degree in Economic and Social Administration (A.E.S), then a Diploma of Higher Accounting Studies (D.E.C.S).

Between 1984 and 1990 he was a representative of the GFA insurance companies of Wallis and Futuna, then appointed to the position of Director of Publications of Cultural Affairs of Wallis and Futuna.

He began a career in journalism between 1989 and 2015 which will lead him to work as a journalist for RFO Wallis, RFO Journalist in French Guiana where he will cover the neighboring countries. He obtained the position of Director of radio and TV production for RFO Wallis and Futuna as well as that of a senior reporter for France Television.

Between 2002 and 2007 he was elected to the Territorial Assembly of Wallis and Futuna, where he chaired the Finance Committee from 2003 to 2007. During his mandate he was appointed director of the Wallis and Futuna Petroleum Products Storage Company SWAFEPP, with two other partners, TOTAL and MOBIL. During this same period, he chaired the public health commission of the territory of Wallis and Futuna.

He converted to the private sector after serving as vice-prime Minister in the government of the King of Wallis between 2006 and July 2020.
